4. Third-Party Services
Folio integrates with third-party platforms. By connecting these services, you authorize us to access and store data on your behalf:
- Google: Used for authentication and, optionally, Gmail and Calendar integrations.
- Instagram (Meta): Used to receive and display direct messages from your connected Instagram business account.
- Dropbox: Used to sync and index media files from your connected storage.
- OpenAI: Message content and media may be processed by OpenAI APIs for AI classification and analysis.
- Supabase: Used for database storage and authentication infrastructure.
5. Data Retention
